This Tuesday was the third working days at my new company, and I am not the only new staff that joined the company, there was another colleague that joined on Monday too. That day company was having a welcome lunch for us as new staffs.

That day morning, I was a bit late to office because of the rapidKL bus was broken just after depart from my living place, that time bus was full of passengers and all of us were asked to wait another bus for travel to KL.

I was arrived at office around 9.40am, where my working hours is from 9.30am to 6pm. When the time around 12.30pm, our manager was suggested a few places to have our welcome lunch, eventually some staffs were agreed to have our welcome lunch at Kenny Rogers roasters restaurant.

I never been Kenny Rogers roasters restaurant, that was the first time I had my dine there. First, we were selecting which to order, because there were lot of choice. The prices of the foods are expensive, normally I will never go this kind of restaurant for dine, but that time was paid by the management.

Eventually, I was ordered a half roasted chicken with black pepper. This was the set meal, which includes three side dishes, one muffin. It cost RM25+.

So, I was selected, Mashed Potato; Coleslaw and Fresh Fruit Salad. One vanilla muffin and coke floats (RM 7+).

It was really full after finished the half roasted chicken, salad and coke. The foods are good taste at Kenny Rogers roasters restaurant.

I have been working at KL since last Friday, and gradually get use of the environment and living style there. What I can say about KL is almost everything (Foods, stuffs, parking fee and so on) are expensive.

After I choose to switch my job to KL, I have a long trip from my house at petaling jaya go along to KL City every working days, It takes nearly 2 hours travel for a single way by bus and LRT (train) to reach KL and vice versa. Sometimes, people will think that, this is not worth for the long travel and expensive foods at KL city, but as long as I can get the much better salary and learning new skills, this will be the best try for myself.

Seldom go to KL at night, never know that the night view is so attractive and beautiful, especially the scene of the well known KL petronas twin towers.

This is the shopping complex inside the KL petronas twin towers; I might pass through everyday from the LRT (train) station to my office at wisma UOA.

Quite a long time, I had not visited to the curve shopping center, and missed out many activities and roadshows.
