Next dinner event was planned by one of my colleague, last Friday. He planned to have a dinner at seafood buffer Chinese restaurant that near KL Centre. Through the survey of the places and prices, the most reasonable and cheaper seafood buffer is cost RM25 per person and most of us have agreed for the dinner initially we have confirmed this coming Friday for the buffer dinner.

This is great plan for the dinner after hard works for the whole week, plus the price for the buffer is very cheap and we can eat whatever seafood we like.

This was make me think about last time, me and my girl friend was having a great Japanese buffer dinner at Riverside, Kuching. That time we spend our valentine at that restaurant to enjoy the unlimited sushi, salmon fish, curry chicken, fried rice, cakes fruit, dessert there. That was RM75+ per person for the Japanese buffer. I used to take few photos before the dine. Photos that I took were blur due to the new camera I had bought last time and forgotten to turn on anti blur mode.

I can said that the environment there was great with the candle on every table, during that time, the restaurant was full of people, even many people were waiting outside the restaurant for the seat.

Durian is a session fruit, that is one of my favorite fruit at all the time. Since last month, I guess the durian session is coming, many places are buying this famous local fruit. The price is average, sometimes is calculated by the weight (RM6~RM10 per Kilogram); sometimes the price is measure in the quantity (3 packages for RM10). Even some place offer durian buffer, such like eat until you give up with only at RM10 ~ RM20.

Just within a month, I have spent about RM60 ~ RM80 just for the durian. It is great to having durian as supper while enjoying the movies.

According to the news, durian is the king of the fruit in southeast Asia. Their exteriors are hard, heavy and full of thorns. The fresh has a rich, complex taste and an aroma so smelly, not every people like it, and some hostels, public places are disallowed for durian.

I have been working at my new company for nearly three weeks, and get used to the working style and environment there. With all the great and user friendly colleagues; good activity likes bowling game sponsored by company; some big meal for the birthday and welcome lunch for new colleagues.

It is a great company, I not only can learn the advanced object oriented programming and the programming structure there, also I used to enjoy the time spends with my colleagues on activities and meal.

The only thing that not get into pretty scene is the foods and stuffs at KL always a bit more expensive than Petaling Jaya, Normally RM5 and above with the average taste of lunch. Sometime, I used to walk around 15 minutes for vegetarian food with my colleagues and sometime, I used to buy my lunch at my living place before go to work at morning.

I will keep searching for the great food court with the good taste and cheaper price of meal at KL.

Two of my colleagues’ birthdays are fall into this month, so last Thursday we were having a celebration for them. We finally decided to have lunch at pizza hut located at pavilion, KL. That day was my fifth day working at my new company, from the first day until last Thursday, I had been gone through three places for the great lunch (Burger King; Kenny Rogers; Pizza Hut).

The environment at Pizza Hut at pavilion is good and comfortable while having our lunch there. That time, we had ten people joined the celebration lunch, so we ordered, a large pan and seafood Pizza, one starbites cheesy extreme pizza plus one plate of chicken wing.

Each set of the Pizza (Except cheesy extreme) was come with two glass of Pepsi, two soup of the day and one garlic bread.

I had tasted the seafood, pan, cheesy extreme Pizza and a chicken wing. All the Pizza was great taste and we really enjoyed our lunch there. Around 5pm, we invited both of our colleagues to enjoy the cake.
