Recently, i was surfing around the net and found that there is a nice website that providing a tool that allow user to upload their photos, customise their photos with effects then get the generated code to be embedded on your website or view it anywhere (desktop). Beside that, it also allow public to rate or write comments for your photos, if you allow them to do so.
