Google has recently launched a new feature called as Google Apps Marketplace, which is a business oriented and cloud based application store for Google users. It is using a set of APIs that allow third-party applications to be integrated their products or services within the Google Apps.

Google Apps Marketplace is a new online store that integrated with hundreds to millions of business applications. Users can find, buy and deploy third-party web applications that integrate with Google Apps.

It helps to increase business productivity and well infrastructure for a start-up company to wipe out a huge starting cost for hardware equipments and software applications to be installed locally on their machine.

On 3rd March 2010, Google Inc has introduced the new Gesture Search application for the devices that running Android 2.0 or above in the US. This search application is invented to search the contents faster such like search on suggestions or search by voice.

Gesture Search allows users simply drawing or writing alphabet gestures on the touch-screen device to filter the contacts, search an installed application, find bookmark or a music track from a long list of items.

  Softbank TV Mobile Application for iPhone

Softbank Group, the TV Bank Corporation, on 28th December 2009 had announced their TV Mobile, which is the one-segment broadcasting TV tuner application for iPhone. Soon it will be available at the Apple’s App Store (Japanese version) for 1,000 Yen (approximately $11, for unlimited access and usage) or users can also download and try for free with certain limitation.

This new add-on one-segment TV tuner device provides digital TV access through Wi-Fi network, enabling live channel broadcasting directly to iPhone devices. For example, this application can be set to stream live TV channel from the tuner over the Internet to a distance iPhone by using a local Wi-Fi router. So this application will allow users to watch digital TV from their iPhone devices once successfully connected the one-segment digital TV tuner with their iPhone via Wi-Fi or Internet connectivity.

The entire communication between the iPhone with the one-segment broadcast tuner is in a unique form of encryption, including to transform the wireless LAN for transmission over the iPhone 3G/ 3GS devices.
