Samsung introduces SC770, SC750 multi-touch monitors

Samsung has just introduced its Series 7 SC770 (24-inch) and SC750 (27-inch) multi-touch monitors before the CES 2013. These new monitors are optimized for Windows 8 operating system.

The SC770 monitor has capacitive multi-touch layer that fully supports on Windows 8 interface whereas the SC750 does not have the touch layer but it comes with stablemate’s slim design as well as premium LCD panel.

The SC770 monitor is also the first multi-touch display optimized for Windows 8 by Samsung and it can support up to 10 points of simultaneous touches, allows users to drag, rotate easily. It also provides a contrast ratio of 5000 : 1 and viewing angles of 178 degrees and there are two 3 watts built-in speakers as well as a USB hub.

The SC750 is more focuses on design and performance that comes without the touch-screen, speakers and USB hub but it has 300 cd/ m2 which is brighter than the SC770 at 250 cd/ m2. Both monitors will be available worldwide in Q1 2013 and they will also be showcased at this coming CES 2013.
