The body often reveals a person’s state of mind if one learns to read its signals. A good exercise for this purpose, is roaming mentally through one’s body for about a minute three times a day.

When someone is under emotional stress, the body reacts with hunched shoulders or a stiff neck, for example, adding that many people have lost the ability to sense this.

They say with utter conviction that they are fine, but their body is as hard as a board. Body awareness could be improved in about four weeks with regular practice.
