Sierra Wireless and Sprint has recently announced their first-ever device to combine 4G connections over LTE and WiMAX networks, the Sierra Wireless 4G LTE Tri-Fi Hotspot will be available in this coming 18th May 2012. This new hotspot provides ultra-fast in speed and also has large coverage to all the Sprint customers.

With this device, users can extend their Sprint 3G/ 4G experience by connecting their laptop to maximum of eight Wi-Fi enabled devices such as camera, music players, media players, portable console, game controller and so on.

Additionally, it comes with microSD slot that allows users to share files and presentations with network storage, and also it can be used as a digital media server. It is powered by a 3600mAh battery and supports up to eight hours of usage or supports up to eight weeks of standby mode.

This hotspot offers a highly information that can be displayed on the screen such as hotspot name, access code, battery life, numbers of devices currently connected, connection to the network is 3G or 4G. Sierra Wireless 4G LTE Tri-Fi Hotspot will be selling at $99.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate with a two-year services contract.
