Samsung releases Light version of Galaxy S II and Tab 8.9

Just few days before the IFA (2nd to 7th September 2011), the World’s largest trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances, Samsung has releases its new LTE version of Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone and Galaxy Tab 8.9 tablet.

Both devices come with high-speed 4G connectivity, portability and interactive touch-screen technology. The LTE Galaxy S II has larger 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus capacitive touch-screen display with new improved 1.5GHz Exynos dual-core processor whereas the Galaxy Tab 8.9 supports 1200 x 800 screen resolution with 8.6mm thick design and about 470 grams in weight.

The Galaxy S II offers five times faster in data transfer and even quicker than HSPA+ connection. It can perform download speed up to 100MB per second and upload speed up to 50MB per second, which is best for video conferencing, fast media streaming, easy files sharing among the group of friends and colleagues.

This smartphone will run on Google Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) platform. Besides these, the Galaxy S II offers Samsung’s social, game, music and readers hubs that aimed to increase productivity and leisure entertainment.

The Galaxy Tab 8.9 is an ideal device for modern professionals with maximum portability. It has 8.9-inch screen that easy for business content presentations with large, clear display and its TouchWiz interface enables an intuitive user experience.
