Kingston Technology, an American multinational computer technology corporation that develops, manufactures, sells and supports flash memory products, has recently introduced its new wireless Wi-Drive Solid State Drive (SSD).

Kingston’s Wi-Drive is a pocket-sized portable drive (121.5 x 61.8 x 9.8mm) that integrated with Wi-Fi and capable to support up to four hours of battery life. It makes easy of file sharing for the Apple devices such as iPod touch, iPhone and iPad. There are available in two storage capacity models, which are 16GB and 32GB.

Wi-Drive lets users to extend the storage beside their mobile phone or users can use it as a backup to their files, documents and photos without any physical cable for the data transfering. It is smaller in size, so it is easy to carry and allows users to use their digital device as a player or display.

It is also best for Windows users as it eliminates the frustration of using auto synchronization to view content. Besides these, Wi-Drive allows up to three users connecting at the same time over the Wi-Fi 801.11g/n protocol. It just likes a wireless hub with a password protection for connectivity.
