HTC Aria, new compact Android powered Smartphone

On 14th June 2010, HTC Corporation and AT&T had revealing the ultra-compact and pocket-sized HTC Aria smartphone. HTC has also announced HTC Aria will be their first Google Android device on AT&T and this will be the solution to those subscribers on AT&T who are seeking for smartphone alternative beside the Apple’s iPhone.

The HTC Aria is powered by Google Android 2.1 with impressive HTC Sense 2.5 experience that capable to organize all the communications in the most human way as possible. It is running on 600 MHz Qualcomm MSM 7277 processor and it comes with 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, 3.2-inch of HVGA (Half-size Video Graphics Array) (320 x 480) capacitive touch-screen display.

The HTC Aria measures 4.10 x 2.30 x 0.46-inch, 3.8 ounces and it has dedicated, touch-sensitive home, menu, search area and it supports Wi-Fi 802b/g, Bluetooth v2.1 connectivity and AT&T HSPA 7.2 Mbps technology. The smartphone has integrated A-GPS, proximity sensor, light sensor, digital compass, FM radio and 3.5mm headset jack. The memory can be expanded with microSD memory card.

The HTC Aria is loaded with latest version of HTC sense user interface, which includes the slick leap view that shows all seven home-screens in one view, integrated exchange support such like email, calendar and contacts, Friendstream social networking view, HTC widget and more applications. Besides these, AT&T also loaded several applications on the HTC Aria, which are including,
1. AT&T Radio – A best of Personal Radio service.
2. AT&T Hot Sports – Get free Wi-Fi at AT&T hot-spots.
3. AT&T Maps – A TeleNav powered utility to map view the street.
4. AT&T Navigator – Provides true GPS turn-by-turn navigation.
5. Cingular Mobile Video – A on-demand video clip service.
6. MobiTv – A cell phone application and stream TV shows.

9. Mobile Banking – A service for performing balance checks, account transactions, payments and so on.

The smartphone will soon be available on 20th June 2010 for $129.99 after a mail-in rebate. This will also be a tough competition between HTC Aria and the newest iPhone 4G during that time.

    So I am new at this, and I will not appear to figure out how once I obtain CD’s onto my laptop to THEN get them onto my phone. I’ve attempted to Sync and it doesn’t appear to be working. Is there some other means? Pleeease lend a hand! I am a fitness teacher and need this for my classes…THANK YOU!
