Fujifilm new HDP-L1 3D capable card reader with HDMI

Fujifilm, the world’s largest photographic and imaging company, has recently announced HDP-L1 SDHC memory card reader, and this will be the good news for the users who owns a 3D Television or those who has planned to get a 3D Television soon.

Back to July 2009, Fujifilm had released the world’s first FinePix Real 3D W1 digital camera that allows users to shoot photos and movies in 3D. Now, Fujifilm again to introduce its HDP-L1 card reader, which is capable to connect to any 3D Television via the HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) to show 3D images and movies captured 3D digital camera.

It is also compatible with HDMI 1.3/ 720P and “side by side” input signal for displaying 3D images and 3D movies captured by FinePix Real 3D W1 digital camera.

The HDP-L1 has a built-in USB 2.0 port that allows users connect it to their computer for media transfer and data backup from the memory cards. The device can detect the standard 2D photos that store in the memory card. It supports for various file formats, which are included Jpeg, MPO data (captured by Real 3D W1) and so on.

The HDP-L1 allows users to control over the images and videos display on the HDTV, such like slide show, multi-frame playback with micro-thumbnail, zoom, protect, histograms, auto rotate playback, image rotate, playback 3D still image and 3D movie and erase the media contents.

Inside the package, a remote control is included and this card reader will be available for sale in Japan on this coming 27th April 2010 for $45.
