ExoPC Slate, the Windows 7 powered tablet PC
ExoPC is a privately owned Canada company. Recently the company has introduced its latest ExoPC Slate tablet that features a 8.9-inch multi-touch screen (1024 x 600 pixels) display with pre-installed Microsoft Windows 7 professional plus ExoPC IU-Layer.
ExoPC Slate tablet has built-in 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, GMA950 graphics processor for great video processing, a 2GB of DDR2 RAM 667MHz, a 32GB solid-state drive and SD card expansion. It has a built-in 1.3-megapixel webcam.

It comes with full browser, ultra-fast scrolling, flash support and a user-replaceable battery that last longer for four hours. In term of connectivity, ExoPC Slate tablet is equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, bluetooth and Ethernet port.

It has its own onscreen keyboard, e-book reader, online radio and multi-tasking ability that capable to run multi applications at the same time. Users can view multiple channels of live television, discover many broadcast and TV programs offered by the video-casts and pod-casts via ExoPC Slate tablet. Users also can listen to their favorite music with headphones or the built-in speakers.
ExoPC Slate tablet measures 9.84 x 6.6 x 0.83 inches. It has three USB ports, audio in/ out port, VGA port, SIM and 10/ 100 network plug. It will be released in this coming March 2010 for $599 or there is a non multi-touch prototype for sell at $780.
