Dell Aero, the company first Android powered smartphone

Dell has recently started selling its first Aero smartphone in the US nation. The Dell Aero is running on Google Android platform and it is one of the lightest Android smartphone with 3.67 oz in weight.

The smartphone is packed with 624MHz Marvell processor, which is capable to balance high computing and multimedia performance with low power consumption. This ultra-slim smartphone supports multi-tasking, which allows users to run multiple applications at the same time with amazing fast speeds.

The Dell Aero has 3.5-inch of touch-screen with 640 x 360 pixel resolution display. Its integrated five-megapixel camera supports 8-times zoom and it allows users to shoot photos, edit photos (crop, rotate, change brightness and contrast) and upload the photos to their favorite social networking site.

It comes with built-in GPS and a revolutionary flash lite, which is an enhanced Android browser for users to watch videos and flash movies virtually. By owning the smartphone, users are connecting through the AT&T’ 3G network with more than 20,000 Wi-Fi hot-spots access.

It is pre-loaded with Quickoffice and PDF view software, which allow users to edit documents and read PDF files on the go. It supports auto synchronization with Microsoft Exchange calendar and phone book. A 2GB microSD memory card is included upon purchase of the device and it is optional for memory upgrade to maximum 32GB. Additionally, Dell Aero comes with a wired stereo headset and a 3.5mm to mini USB adapter.

Dell Aero is available now for $100 with a two-year contract from AT&T or $300 contract-free.
