jQuery Resources
The scope of the jQuery is very and tangible to perform many types of actions that demanded by both programmers and web designers. For more information, please click on the “jQuery Resources” (Top menu).

JQuery contains various features which as below:
1. DOM element selections.
2. DOM traversal and modification.
3. Events.
4. CSS manipulations
5. Effects and animations
6. Ajax
7. Extensibility
8. Utilities such like browser version and each of the function.

In term of usability, JQuery is exist as a single JavaScript file, containing all the common DOM, Events, Ajax function. It can be included within any webpage by using the markup as below:

Generally jQuery allows users to include together with other library such like, Ajax, Json (original version only).

JQuery has two styles of interaction:
1. Via the $ function, which is a factory method for the jQuery object.
2. Via $. prefixed functions, and these functions can be return by the users themselves.

Typical work flow for manipulate multiple DOM nodes, is begin with the $ function being called with a CSS selector sting, with the results in the jQuery object referencing zero or more elements in the HTML nodes. This node set can be manipulated by applying instance methods to the jQuery object or the nodes themselves can be manipulated. For example:
$(“div.name”).add(“p.paragraph”).addClass(“blue”).slideUp(“slow”);

Union all div tags with class attribute “name” and all the tags with class attribute “paragraph”, adds the class attribute blue to each matched element and the slides them up slowly in animated movement. The $ and add functions affect the matched set, while the addClass and slideUp affect the referenced nodes.

Another method as the prefixed with $. are convenience methods or affect global properties and behavior. It maps function called each in jQuery. For example:
$.each([1,2,3], function() {
document.write(this + 1);
});

Or can be write as

$.each([1,2,3], function() {
document.write(this + 1);
});

Summery for the jQuery, it is easy to use, the best library for both programmers and web designers on how to use potentially base on the JavaScript to perform the great effects with jQuery. It is good to experience it for the new web trends for your brand new applications.
